Waste of money, or wise investment?
I have been looking around at different types of baby monitors lately, as my little one is fast outgrowing his bassinette (It’s not very big!) and is going to have to move into his own room with his much larger crib
Since I have the extreme fear that my baby is going to stop breathing during the night (I think most of us have that fear!), I was looking into getting one of those Angel Care monitors, that detect the slightest of movements, and sounds an alarm if no movement is detected.
However, the price tag for them here is a little steep, as dear hubby likes to keep bringing up! So he’d prefer the cheaper alternative, of a baby monitor, that picks up most sounds, and has red sensor lights to ‘show’ the volume of any sound, if that makes sense.
I would just like to know, fr any people that do have the angel care monitor, did it ease your mind completly? Is it worth the money?
Or will the regular monitor do the same job?
Any opinion on the topic is welcome, but I plead for no nasty-pasty answers that would require a reporting
(I only mention that part, since I’ve copped a bit lately, from a ‘fan’ of mine turned nasty and stalker-ish!)
I wish they were $150 here! There a good $260 where I’ve been looking.
I wish the crib could fit in our room too! Sadly, it can’t
Damn tiny house!!
We’ve also bought up the possibility of co-sleeping, I hear good things.
But I’m worried I’ll roll over and squash my poor boy!
I’m not 100% sure about the Apnea aspect..I guess it is in some sort of way at least?

Good thinking with the visit to Dick Smiths!
