Does anyone know how to disable the security alarm system on 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
My security system has finally taken over the jeep. It will no longer disable from the passenger door key lock. It has the entire car down. I was told there was a “black box” somewhere that needed to be removed but can’t locate it.
Thanks for immediate help as car in now inoperable.

its probably tied into the starter. trace the wires from the horn to see where they go.
if tied into starter you have to completely remove it or run a jumper wire around it
Underneath your hood, there is a “box” with your plug in relays…black box is in there. It was same in Cherokee XJ’s too…you had to put it in neutral with key in sometimes to get it to start. They suck…
You will have to replace the relay, check with Auto Zone or Kragen. They have dealt with those before, Im sure.
